(as the patient),

We are extremely satisfied with the care received from our midwife Paula (MGP4). She is very kind and helpful. Paula was with me every step of the way during the pregnancy and did everything possible to make it a smooth and easy journey for me and my husband. I think having a known midwife during the whole pregnancy is very comfortable for pregnant moms. Thank you Paula, MGP4 and KEMH for all your support.

Congratulations on the birth of your baby and thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your experience with the Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH).

I am so pleased that you had such a positive experience with the MGP program. I am extremely proud of our staff and the level of care that they provide to our patients. Staff at KEMH understand how important it is to our patients to have a friendly, familiar face during what can be a very intimidating experience.

We are so proud of our staff and the great level of continuous care that they provide. I will ensure your feedback is provided to Paula.
