After struggling to log in and make a profile, I went into the hospital looking for assistance.

The lass there Amanda was extremely helpful and saw to my registration on my behalf. Understanding that it was such a difficulty she offered to register my husband as well as he was with me.  

She then went on to organise an appointment for us both immediately. I was very nervous and Amanda calmed us both down with her helpful and smiling attitude. She then took us personally to the nurse Zoe and explained how nervous we were. Zoe talked us through the process and quickly and effectively we were both vaccinated.

I cannot thank them both enough, after our wait Amanda had already organised a second appointment for us and handed us our appointment card. After being at my wits end to get the vaccine, it turned into a very positive experience.

I recall all the ladies at the front desk were smiling and happy, it was great to see them seemingly enjoying their work place.
