(as the patient),

I had severe neck pain for some time when I presented to the A&E department after attending GP rooms earlier.

I was very promptly looked after by Gemma, who treated me efficiently and compassionately.

Gemma managed to get my pain to a level that I could function fairly normally.

I was so very grateful to her.
