Went to the town hall to get the second jab about a week ago, only to find the doors closed and no one around. No sign on the window to let us know if they would be opening later or if it is closed for good. The website states the same as it did the day before, Open Monday to Friday 9 am-4 pm and Saturday from 10 am. I called the Vaccine information line, they too stated it was open.
When was Bass Coast Health going to update the public about their opening hours? How can I trust a health service when they can not do a simple task like informing the public of their opening hours? Update the website and put a sign on the door. In my opinion, if that is too much trouble then I worry what else may be missed or forgotten.
