I found trying to get a park near Rigby centre- impossible. Pouring with rain, I believe nowhere to park- wet, wet, wet.

Dear venuszz83,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

As you would be aware, we are currently working on the car park at the front of the health service and this area is closed, reducing our parking options.

We are very mindful that our patients need to be able to park close to the health service and our traffic controllers have been trying to assist with this.

I am sorry that you were not able to find a park close to the Rigby Centre, especially in wet weather. We have areas allocated just for patients in front of this building. We will monitor this area closely to ensure that it is easy for patients to access parking.

Our front car park will reopen in about 4 weeks time which will also assist with parking access at the health service.
