"Emergency care"

I believe my story is like many others in the area. 

In my opinion, the emergency department is a shambles!

I feel I can't fully explain what happened as it was subject of a formal complaint. Nevertheless I believe they were appalling. 

I felt they were extremely rude and unprofessional most of the time. I started to wonder how it became like this. I think it is a combination of underfunding, malpractice and a toxic work culture. 

So, if I have more than a scratch or a mosquito bite, I will go straight to a different hospital!

Maybe someday I hope they will review how inadequate I believe Innisfail hospital is. Until then, I will avoid when possible.
