"Physiotherapy"

I visited the Pelvic Floor Clinic in St George Public Hospital. After an initial examination, I was referred on to the physiotherapy section of the hospital. 

There I had regular sessions with Donna, who thoroughly took me through many processes and steps to help me gain control of my incontinence. I felt Donna was very patient, thorough and caring. I believe she also picked up that I had lichen sclerosus which was confirmed by a gyno specialist. Even though I have had many internal examinations in the past, I felt no one had picked up on this condition. Donna has given me lots of exercises and strategies that have really helped me to control the incontinence.
