(as the patient),

After injuring my hand, I was worried about what the future would hold for me.

I felt the hospital & surgical staff took great care of me, putting me at easy with consistent communication and information, whilst I was an inpatient.

Based on my experience, the recovery is just as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one. I feel the hand therapists in particular have made my ongoing recovery possible. Without the professionalism, coupled with the personal care taken, I do not believe I would be recovering as well as I am.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give our Hand Unit team such positive feedback. Like all the teams at Sydney/Sydney Eye Hospital, they are extremely hard working and provide care for our patients when they are vulnerable and need it most.
