About: Karratha Health Campus / Outpatients & Day Treatment

(as the patient),

I know there are bigger things happening in KHC, but my ongoing infusion was being done with little or no air conditioning. It has been quite uncomfortable for myself during the process. I normally require a blanket to keep warm - this time, I was quite sweaty on the vinyl chair.

Thank you for providing this feedback via Care Opinion for your experience at Karratha Health Campus, I apologise that the air conditioning has been in fault for the outpatient area. The Engineering team have focused on identifying then resolving the problem with parts taking some time to arrive than what we would normally anticipate.

Again I appreciate you taking the time to share this experience and I hope the next time you are in the facility it is a more positive experience than this one.
