(as the patient),

I arrived at the emergency ward with a self (accidentally) inflicted hole in my hand. Although I believe the staff were triaging another patient at the same time, I feel I was looked after quickly and professionally and walked out in relatively short order, feeling much better. Thank you very much. :-)
