About: Kerang Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a carer),

Kerang and District Hospital.

Visit to the hospital on Boxing Day.

Staff were kind, considerate and compassionate.

Sally was the nurse practitioner who looked after my mother and could not fault her care and engagement with my mother.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about you and your mother's experience at our Urgent Care Centre on Boxing Day.

I am so pleased to hear that our staff were kind, considerate and compassionate, as these qualities align with the values of Kerang District Health.
