Dear redjf97,

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about you and your mother's experience at our Urgent Care Centre on Boxing Day.

I am so pleased to hear that our staff were kind, considerate and compassionate, as these qualities align with the values of Kerang District Health.

We are very fortunate to have skilled and experienced nursing staff, especially Nurse Practitioners.

I hope your mother has made a full recovery.

Kind Regards

Megan
