"COVID assessment clinic"

About: St George Hospital

(as a service user),

Waiting in line for 4 hours with no end in sight. No information given to us, no ETA, no near bathrooms. Feel completely abandoned.

I believe the poor security has been bombarded with questions. Horrible service I think. In my opinion, it would not kill to provide patients with information, have online bookings, make bathrooms available, a staff member organising the queue, etc. I think the situation shows a lack of management.
