After having my right leg taken off due to a foot infection, I was sent to Northam hospital for rehab. I found the hospital staff very attentive to my needs, having my own room really helped, nurses were exceptional, and the clerical staff as well.

Unfortunately, the food was sometimes lacking in taste but I appreciated it. I found the cleaning staff were good, as for the rehab team they were really helpful, the work was hard but it had to be to prepare me for what was to come in the future. Joel, Amy, Shane and Elly made it easier, they were patient and helpful as well and I did learn to be stronger and push myself for what may be ahead. I really appreciated all they've done for me and I hope they can help many more patients.

Thank you for your valuable feedback concerning your recent admission to Northam Hospital Rehabilitation program.

After what must have been a traumatic experience for you I was really pleased to read that you found the whole team were very supportive to your needs.

The service is relatively new to Northam Hospital and growing. The staff pride themselves on providing high quality compassionate care at all times and I will have great pleasure in providing your uplifting feedback to them. They will really appreciate your kind words. Sorry to hear though that some of the meals were not quite up to the mark. We do periodically review our menus and we appreciate any feedback that will help us improve.

I trust all that hard work is paying off for you and your recovery has gone as well as can be expected.
