"Hostel care"

The mental health hostel where my friend lives, while rundown, I believe is lacking in understanding of client needs. As I understand it, the meal times are set for half an hour,7-7.30am breakfast, I feel is too early for most clients, as most are recovering from night-time medication. I recall there is no provision for late comers. I believe the shared bathrooms have no hand towels and are not cleaned every day. I recall one didn't have a toilet seat for a week. As far as I'm aware, a religious organisation donated Christmas hampers to all the clients including $30 gift vouchers which I believe the hostel staff kept. This is for starters. No names are included for fear of eviction.
