"Looked after and treated very well"

I’ve been very happy with the treatment and experience when I go in for my procedure, even though it’s a minor little thing. I’ve had iron infusions since 2019 at this hospital and they are always very good and very friendly towards me.

They explain everything properly about what’s going to happen and all that, and it makes me feel very confident when I go in there. In my opinion, I think we’re very lucky to have a good hospital in such a small place. I was always very happy with procedures. They always have a very friendly set-up and I don’t have to worry about anything. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this service to everybody who has to go in there, in fact, I look forward to going to hospital. I know a lot of people won’t say that but they look after me very well and so I just want them to know that they do a great job.
