Greeted politely at desk and by nursing staff.

Lovely lady out the front to greet and determine which door to go through.

Appreciated the care and simplicity.

I have had a negative experience there however perhaps it was with staff stress of covid-19 or overload?

Definitely a different atmosphere this time! Great to have the lady out the front to help people. I even saw some people waiting in the sun on chairs near her. This seemed respectful.

The receptionist also was very clear and had a respectful attitude. It made the process easy and her recommendations easy to follow (e.g. go to the triage window).
