I have been anxious about booking into the Bunbury Hospital to have my baby for a while, after a few people I know had negative experiences and I was worried about how I might be judged for some things I wanted after I have my baby. I finally had my appointment and the midwife (I think her name was Courtney?) was so great. We talked for ages and I didn't feel judged at all, I actually left feeling quite important. I had so many questions and all of them were answered with genuine care, and anything that she didn't know, she found out from other people for me. I'm sure she saw so many people that day but I didn't feel like another patient, it felt like she really cared and that she was interested in what I wanted and what I had to say. I had been considering going elsewhere for my antenatal care but now I'm really excited to keep getting my care at the clinic and I would definitely recommend it to others!
