"Always great service"

About: Derby Hospital / Medical Imaging

(as a service user),

I’d like to thank the young reception lady who works in the X-ray department who I feel is always helpful whenever I have come to the hospital for X-rays and ultrasounds (I’ve had quite a few scans particularly these last few months).

Based on my experience, she is always helpful, seems to always know what is happening for patients and within the department, and is considerate offering water or updating patients when wait times are a little longer than usual. She even contacts DAHS (Derby Aboriginal Health Service) to come and pick me up afterwards to make sure I get home safely or to follow back up with my doctor.

It’s such a pleasant experience in these difficult times

I understand how anxious patients can be especially when they are coming for multiple visits to find out what is going on. I like to do whatever I can to make them comfortable and reduce unneeded stress.

It’s lovely to have you take the time to leave a review so that we know that we are doing a good job. We love it when patients are happy.
