My story is too long to fit in this page. I just want to say I have only ever been a patient twice but I couldn't have asked for better care. 

Your prompt decision making at ED probably saved my life as my GFR was < 11. 

I found the staff there and on the ward were fantastic, everything about them. I have myself been a nurse for over 40 years and I would be proud to have been part of a great crew. 

In my eyes & my family's eyes Busselton Regional is faultless. Good work guys. Keep it up. I found the meals were outstanding xx
