"Good nursing care"

I would like to pass on this compliment to the male nurse who looked after my young child in the emergency department when they had really bad tummy pain. My child had an appendix which was meant to be removed by the surgeons. The nurse wearing a black uniform called Harsh, was very calm and professional. Having to hear about a surgery for my young child, I was obviously very anxious. Also, my child has a really bad needle phobia. The way Harsh put a needle drip in my child's hand was really appreciable. My child did not even feel it. More so, he explained and reassured us frequently which reduced our anxiety and fear. He had really good bedside mannerism. Not to forget, he personally wheeled my child to the children’s ward where he settled us into the room.
