"Great service"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 2 West & Hand Clinic

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had to attend Sydney Hospital for hand surgery. Unfortunately, it was on the day of an unexpected train strike, I believe staff were struggling to get to work and management were doing their best to organise alternative modes of transport so that the list could proceed. The staff who attended to us were all calm and dealt with the situation well. I believe the patients all had their procedures despite the challenges.

My daughter was made to feel very comfortable and all the staff we came across were very professional yet warm and friendly. All in all a great experience. Thank you one and all for your efforts. Public health at its finest!

Thank you so much for taking the time to send us such a lovely appreciation of our staff. The day of the train strike was certainly challenging for patients and staff. I am incredibly proud of our staff and their resilience, and I am so pleased to hear of your daughter's positive experience.
