"Unparalleled care for my late mother at Brookview Northampton"

About: Northampton Health Service (Aged Care)

(as a relative),

I live interstate and always felt comfortable with the care and attention my mother received from all the staff in her last few years. I don’t think Mum realised how fortunate she was to be cared for by such a wonderful team, as I certainly did.

I was kept informed of any requirements she had and informed promptly of any health incidents. 

The family will be forever grateful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story and my condolences for the loss of your Mum.

It was our privilege to care for your Mum, the team are dedicated to making the residents of Brookview feel comfortable in their home. Good communication with family members is crucial especially when they are separated by many thousands of kilometres.

I will take great pleasure in sharing your kinds words with all the team at Brookview.
