Words cannot express how grateful I am that I got to meet Zia in person.

What an incredible human, he made me feel calm and at ease every time I called and I was a difficult patient changing my appt times etc.

Never ever was anything too hard for Zia, he was absolutely delightful I actually enjoyed speaking to him each time I called and I hung up the phone with a huge smile on my face! I believe what a superstar he is. He handled my PTSD and high anxiety with absolute ease.

He is a true credit to the Hand Clinic in my opinion. Please please commend him for his efforts.

Ps it was so refreshing after a couple of weeks of going to medical appts and dealing with grumpy bums.

Jon I couldn’t be more happy to hear that! Zia deserves the hero award! He is my hero ♥️ Lots of love and care to all the beautiful doctors, nurses and staff at the hand clinic. They are absolutely lovely. I wish you all safety throughout covid and Zia you're simply the best 🙌
