The KEMH, MGP program is a phenomenal service that I was referred to by my GP shortly after falling pregnant with my first child. I was fortunately accepted and am very grateful I was!
My husband and I could not have had a better nor more supportive experience throughout all stages of my pregnancy, labour and the days post-delivery.
The process of getting to know our midwife, Maddi and her colleagues provided us with a lot of comfort and encouragement as first time parents, especially in the latter stages of the third trimester and throughout my labour. Having one point of contact certainly felt like a game changer as it took the anxiety out of ‘who to go to’ when we had questions or concerns.
We were strongly supported in our birthing plan and had an epic unmedicated labour and delivery. We felt safe and secure in Maddi’s hands and will be forever grateful for her help in safely delivering our baby girl.
A big thank you again to Maddi and the MGP5 team. You’ve had a huge impact on one of our most significant life events.
"Huge impact"
