(as the patient),

I was rushed in with a bad asthma and the work they did under Dr Ian and the rest of the guys just me made me feel so comfortable. They just made it a lot easier for me.

I was spoken to the whole time – what they were doing and that they had my back. They transferred me straight through to another hospital for the night but as they didn't have any beds, Dr Ian made it happen that I could transfer straight back the following day.

I have been to hospital before but the guys who looked after me were new. They didn’t know me from a bar of soap but they treated me with the most utter respect. 

It was just so nice. I felt very safe.

I believe they deserve the recognition and I would like the Administrators to know about their care.

It is great to hear you were treated with respect which is how we expect all our patients to be treated.

We are very fortunate to have excellent staff who embody our core values of compassion, which is at the heart of everything we do.

It must of been a frightening experience for you and to hear that you felt comfortable and cared for is wonderful.
