"Wonderful PAG staff"

I’d just like to say what a great job they do at the PAG Group on Tuesdays. I have been going there for 4 years as my husband is very ill. I feel the staff do a wonderful job; Marg, she runs it and she’s just lovely, and there’s also Micki, Sarah and Anne. It’s those little things that just make a difference, they chat while we wait for tea and they’re always asking questions and checking in. It’s the little things like sharing advice, what they use, what they did, what they do etc. I’ve made good friends there.

I wanted to call and give this feedback because I believe it’s worth knowing that they’re doing a good job. The girls work hard, they’re out to please. If we didn’t have PAG I don’t know what we’d do.
