About: Wonthaggi Hospital

(as a service user),

Unfortunately, every time I call your hospital 5671 3333 it's not answered or when it is answered, I'm cut off. When answered and transferred it seems I'm cut off, the phone rings out or the phone is picked up then disconnected.

This happens time and time again whichever number I ring. Cowes, Allied Health, Main switchboard. I can ring up to 5 times to actually get where I want to be. Sometimes I may need to ring the hospital more than once in a day, 15 phone calls really. Surely in this day and age there is a solution to this. I feel this should be looked into.
