I have been suffering debilitating vertigo for some time. After being referred to Dr Ross, OT at Prince of Wales public hospital, I was relieved to finally be treated by a doctor who seemed to genuinely care about my condition and helping me cure it.
Thanks to Dr Ross's patience and persistence with my stubborn condition, my vertigo issues are finally fixed, and I could not be more grateful for his work.
What I did find surprising is that I believe for someone of Dr Ross’s reputation, experience, and knowledge, I recall he did not have his own office. To be honest, it almost made me question his credibility, but I am glad I did not judge him from this. Perhaps the hospital can take this into consideration, because what Dr Ross did for me was life changing. I believe he is an extremely vital figure in the medical world.
We need more caring and defiant doctors like Dr Ross, in my opinion.
