From start to finish entering St Vincent's to have needles in the shoulders and back every 12 mths. Going in for a day procedure is top shelf from the time you enter the hospital from the staff who are super efficient from preparation through the procedure and out into recovery. It runs like clockwork. In my opinion, other hospitals should look up to St Vincent's hospital at Chermside as they would super learn how a hospital should be run and that's on 6 visits, and none of my relatives and children have anything to do with St Vincent's in case you think I'm bias.
