(as the patient),

My eye was very sore and swollen, I presented to the Emergency department at Sydney eye hospital and Dr Lawrence saw me. I felt he took such care of me and made my experience a good one. He checked for fragments on glass in my eye and then sent me for a CT Scan. Kept checking on me as we waited for the results and just really cared. I wasn’t just a number and I was made to feel important.

Thanks Dr, I appreciate the effort you put in. I believe you are definitely in the correct profession.
