"Helped me"

They’ve helped me a lot to understand about my mental health issues. My family had suffered from mental health but I didn’t know I was suffering from mental health too. I appreciate them a lot for helping me on my journey, if it wasn’t for these guys and even some of the patients, I don’t know where I would be.

I had been there for around a week, I actually feel like I’ve got the help that I need. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt like this, I used to feel distressed, I felt uncomfortable. I felt lost for a very very long time, I felt I was all on my own. I appreciate what you guys have done, I feel much better in myself. I feel like they’ve actually helped me overcome it. Since I’ve been here I have had all the help I needed, I was given medication, I feel healthy, I feel comfortable, I feel like myself.
