(as a parent/guardian),

It was late in the afternoon on a Sunday and my daughter, who is very young, has been developing symptoms of a urinary tract infection throughout the day. General Practice is closed until business hours. We had no wait at all and our nurse Barbara swiftly assessed us, made the diagnosis and got a prescription from the doctor by telehealth. My daughter, who has a mild anxiety disorder, felt calm, safe and happy throughout. It was excellent service.
