(as the patient),

I recall I had to wait for 2.5 hours and didn’t get to see the doctor in the end. Wasted my entire afternoon after taking time off work.

I apologise that you did not get to be seen by a Doctor at the Outpatient Clinic after waiting for a period of time.

Depending on clinical conditions/backgrounds, some clinics are conducted by non-medical health care workers and patients are referred to doctors when clinically indicated.
