About: Terang Hospital

(as a service user),

I came to the Terang Urgent Care Department quite unwell. I was seen promptly by nursing staff who contacted the GP On Call. I was reassured and for a bloke who often doesn't listen to his body, was told that I'd done the right thing.

Thanks to the nursing staff and to the GP involved in my care. The follow-up care with referrals etc. has been first class.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to us regarding the care that you received in our Urgent Care Centre by our nursing staff and GP on call.

At times, making the decision to come in to access emergency health care and treatment can be difficult, particularly for those who don't access our services regularly. I'm pleased that the care that you received was so timely and professional and that you now have a plan for follow up care.
