About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

My appointment was scheduled for mid-afternoon. I was checked in after waiting in a line for half an hour.

I was seen by a nurse 20 minutes after checking in. 

I was seen by doctor at two and a half hours after my appointment time. 

Public parking garage cost $44.

Dear flutejn86,

I apologise that you have waited longer than your expected appointment time. Our Doctors and Nurses aims to accommodate each patient as scheduled and be more efficient with the process.

The Point Parking at Sydney/ Sydney Eye Hospital is a commercial car park, not run by the hospital. However, for elective surgical patients discount parking voucher are available.

I value your feedback and I will ensure to address this to the Outpatient team.
