(as a relative),

I accompanied my uncle to POWH ED recently. His care from Ambulance Staff, Office Staff, Nurses and Doctors was exemplary throughout his entire care experience. 

Well done NSW Ambulance and POWH staff for your patience, compassion and care.

We are very happy to read that your Uncle's experience was one in which he felt well supported and cared for by our clinical staff in the Emergency Department. We encourage our staff to strive to provide person centered care and we are very reassured by your Uncle's care experience that this is a shared value amongst all of our staff.
