My baby was born on 5th Feb and I found the delivery process was quite smooth.

I used the tens machine from the beginning of the contraction which I believed helps to reduce the pain during each contractions.

Also, I used the position that I learnt from the training like lean forward, sitting on the yoga ball and breathing skills made me feel better during delivery.

Last but not least, Kasey keeps mention "trust in your body, it knows how/ what to do even when you haven't giving birth", this motto keeps looping on my mind which helped my trust in myself during delivery. 

Glad that I joined the class which give me a concept of delivery, so I was less worried and know what to do next during delivery. 

Ended up I didn't use epidural which I thought I can't make it without using it. 

The whole process is smother and easier than I thought.

Dear puppisew63,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about the safe and healthy delivery of your first child at Esperance Health Campus in February this year.

It is heartening to know that you found the whole process smooth and that you felt prepared and supported by the maternity staff. It was also great to hear that you were able to learn about tools and techniques in the antenatal classes which were helpful during the delivery.

We have passed on this feedback to our maternity staff and wish you all the best in motherhood over the years to come.
