I'd like to thank all the staff who I dealt with in Healesville Hospital theatre for being so kind, welcoming and caring during my recent day procedure. I felt very safe in their hands and was relaxed throughout the entire experience. Every staff member I met explained clearly what was happening and made me feel very at ease.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to share your positive experience when you had a procedure at Eastern Health Healesville Hospital and Yarra Valley Health campus.

As you mention, the team there do a great job and bring the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility to life each and every day. Eastern Health is lucky to have people like them working for our organisation!

It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with the team and their manager so they see the impact they have both for you and am sure other patients who have a procedure at this campus.
