I had and issue with my breast and tenderness and lumpy tissue. I was referred to the Royal Perth Hospital Breast Clinic in Perth. I was nervous for my appointment. The day of my appointment I ended up getting lost and called reception. The office lady answered and was so kind and walked me through how to get there, she was so patient with me. As soon as I arrived I was treated with the most impeccable customer service from reception just felt like I was really cared for. Then went through for my exam with specialist doctor, and again amazing interaction. Had a mammogram with a lovely lady who walked me through every step and to be honest there was no pain I was made to feel very at ease. All the stories I had heard were totally incorrect! No pain at all. 

The volunteer lady was checking in through the time as I waited seeing if I needed a coffee or tea. I just felt so much care and at ease. 

Royal Perth Hospital Breast Clinic, in my opinion you have the best customer service and I can’t believe the amount of care and love I was shown at this very difficult time. 

Based on my experience, ladies don’t be shy and go and see these people!
