Recently I fell out of my bed because of the dream I was having. I managed to get up, however I had such a bad headache I couldn’t even touch my face or ears, so I called a taxi to take me to Kerang Hospital as it wasn’t safe for me to drive whilst feeling so light headed.
The service I got up there from the time I rang to Trish, a nurse, and the way she treated me. It seemed like she could do everything a doctor could do. They were quick and responsive, I rang the buzzer and when a student midwife and another nurse came, I believe they said that they better get Trish and she was there in about 10 seconds! All the nurses were very nice, the staff were very good to me. My doctor, John, insisted on going by his Christian name. They wouldn’t let me go home when I was ready to go, because they said to wait till John can get here, that’s how good it seemed he was.
They were all very good to me. I feel it’s a good place to be when you’re sick, and it’s even a good place to be when you’re not.
