Recently, I tripped and dislocated my shoulder. At Redcliffe A and E I was seen promptly by various staff members and given analgesia and made more comfortable with a sling and support. Everyone involved treated me well but particularly the clinical nurse practitioner Christian. He could not have been more caring and gentle. He explained everything clearly before attending to me. He performed a closed reduction. I felt confident in his hands.
