About: Busselton Health Campus / General Ward

(as the patient),

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent care I have been given during my two-week admission. I wish to acknowledge all multi-disciplinary and support workers involved in my recovery. The nursing staff, doctors, PCAs, physio, OTs, orderlies and catering have all contributed to my care. All in all, there has not been one person entering my room that has not made a difference!

As a former clinician, I recognise best nursing practice and the positive attitude and comrade displayed is the result of happy and satisfied staff members.

Well done Busselton Hospital I think "you rock!"
