(as the patient),

I had a procedure here recently and could not fault the care provided. Such professional and excellent care from all nursing staff and medical staff who I dealt with. They were all very attentive to my needs, practiced in a very professional, and therefore safe, manner and made me feel very safe and cared for. 

This was my second visit to this unit in less than a year, and I am very happy and impressed with all care provided.
