(as a relative),

My relative and I would like a record of our appreciation for the wonderful care provided by the Emergency Department team on a recent night and the next day before she was flown to Perth on the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Their efforts were just fantastic looking after my relative and supporting me at a time of stress. Thanks very much.
