(as the patient),

I tested positive for covid a little over a week ago. I am out of isolation now, and I had the service from about third day of isolation. It didn’t get across to them right away which is why it started on that day. Every day I had a nurse call me, by the fourth day I was hand delivered to my front door, an oxygen monitor which was very helpful and I would take the reading twice a day and the nurses would call me for the results. The nurses involved in my care were very, very good, they were caring and educational and all along I felt that I was well looked after and in no danger of my condition escalating.
