"Not happy"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

My appointment was in the afternoon recently. 

I know l don’t get to see a doctor at that time, you just sit and wait but l saw the head doctor pick up a bunch of files and I believe mine was close to the top. They put mine closer to the bottom of the pile & chose to see someone that had just arrived while myself & many other people had to wait & other people who had not waited long were getting seen.

The door was wide open so l'm sure I saw exactly what the doctor did.

I find this highly unprofessional & unfair to those of use that had been waiting for sometime that l got up & just walked out.

I realise this is a public hospital but when l have been waiting for quite sometime & other people wait a short amount of time it is, in my opinion, so very wrong.

I changed my plans that l had so l could go to the hospital to find this happening - I believe it is terrible!
