Thank you to the amazing team in ED and ward 72 and 74 for looking after my Grandad in the final days of his life over the past fortnight. Particularly to the nurses who provided such comfort to all involved and were so considerate and caring. We thank you for all that you do.

Dear Abcds,

Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your Grandad. Thank you for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback to the staff who cared for your Grandad during the final days of his life. It is good to hear that the care provided by the nursing teams in ED, G72 and G74 was caring and compassionate, especially during this difficult time for you and your family. I will let the teams know how much you appreciated the comfort and consideration offered by the staff involved in the care of your Grandad.
