"Waiting time for an appointment"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 2 West & Hand Clinic

(as a relative),

We got here mid-morning and we have been waiting ever since, more than 2 hours. A number of people who have arrived after us went in before us. We drove up from home, approximately an hour and a half away. I believe the car park is going to be more and more expensive by the second. I have to take the day off work to take my parent and I feel you are just stuck here for hours and hours. We’ve had to pay so much for parking in the past.

I am sorry to hear your disappointment about our services that you have waited longer than your expected appointment time in our hand clinic. Your feedback will be passed on to the hand outpatient management team to work on improving clinic efficiency.

The Point Parking at Sydney/Sydney Eye Hospital is a commercial car park. They offer discounted rate for patients and visitors who have valid concession cards. Please contact our hospital on 02 9382 7111 if you require further information on this.
