"Service for COVID positive"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 3S - Community Management Centre

(as a service user),

I’m just impressed with how the service was right from the get go once I was diagnosed as positive. From the initial contact the quick response, the advice I got throughout and the subsequent follow up was very reassuring. I got delivered a little machine and instructions and if there’s ever a blip, I got a phone call straight away. It takes these things to happen for people to realise what services are out there for people.
