I just want to give your wonderful staff a huge shout out. I can not give them enough thanks or praise. They have been so nice to mum over the past couple of weeks. Taking the time to talk to her. Displaying empathy when needed. Offering a cup of tea. All of these gestures do not go unnoticed. Neither of us are coping seeing dad like this, especially with afternoons/nights like we recently had. It is not him. I apologies for this horrible disease that has been dealt.

I feel Boort is extremely privileged to have such wonderful people looking after our loved ones. THANK YOU ALL!
